Nintendo's prE3 Conference

Nintendo is getting ahead of all the rest with a conference tomorrow, June 3, 2012, at 03:00 PM (PDT). As E3 is starting on June 4, everyone is getting ready. And as they get the stage ready, they get us ready for the E3 by revealing more information about the hyped-up Wii U.

Wii U Console
The conference will be broadcast on Nintendo Direct which you can access via the Nintendo's E3 Website. Nintendo is assumed to take the spotlight away from the rest of the competition with its announcement of the Wii U, the successor to the successful Wii. And what better way to make sure that they receive as much attention as possible with a preview of what they'll essentially be a presenting in its entirety during their June 5 conference. The conference tomorrow will most likely focus on the features of the Wii U rather than the library of games for launch date and future releases.

The Wii has been know to revolutionize how we think about playing games, instead of just simply mashing buttons, the console included the functionality of motion control. Most of the games do resort to waggle controls. Though arguably only a few games actually implement this with elegance, style, and functionality such as The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword it has proved that hardcore gaming can be performed this way. Some say (and it may be obvious that) this prompted competitors to come up with their equivalent ways of implementing motion control. This kind of gaming has been resisted by the hardcore gaming community but the concept has been proven to work if implemented properly.

Wii U Controller
Now with the Wii U, the controller is the central part of the console. The inclusion of the touch screen has proved to been a simple addition but may provide a exponentially deeper lever of experience. Now don't go throwing those Wii Remotes away, because these can be used in tandem with the touchscreen controller. Several features include a standard set of buttons and analog sliders (or as rumors put it analog sticks), a camera, IR sensors, a microphone, NFC chip and so much more. It's much like a tablet controller in many respects. Though not much has been revealed about the hardware specifications such as how many of these controller may be used, the stage is set for Nintendo's rocket to launch the hype of E3 through the sky tomorrow at 03:00 PM (PDT).
