Tomorrow, June 2, 2012, 7:20 PM (GMT) the live finals begin as the four remaining contestants sing for the spot of champion and to be known as the first Voice UK. Bo, Leanne, Tyler, and Vince sing their hearts out for the last time on stage live for that one last push to earn the nations hearts for votes.
After a hard 9 weeks, Britain finally gets to pick the champion by popular vote. The final 4 have earned their spots on their coaches team by the same voting scheme. The they've been voted as favorites on their respective teams but we have no clue as to how they stack up against each other. So the finals could be anyone's game, unlike other talent shows where the consistent front runner will more or less win the whole thing.
Representing Team will.i.am is Tyler James (age 30), for Team Jessie J is Vince Kidd (age 22), for Team Tom Jones is Leanne Mitchell (age 28), and for Team Danny is Bo Bruce (age 27). All four coaches have spent lot's of time with their members in preparation for each live performance but this week's rehearsal bears the most weight of the competition. Not only will the finalists be picking the song that will clinch the title but also they will be performing a duet with their mentors on the same night. Though this might not carry very much weight, it will matter to voters of course whether or not their duet can be a deciding factor.
So stay tuned for the live finals where a lot of things will be happening including the coaches themselves performing each other's hit singles. So if you're watching in Britain. it's happening so watch attentively.
